Plug staggered out from the blood clinic looking a little pale and fragile. He was quite prepared to give a blood sample for testing, for who knows what strange diseases he picked up on his recent travels? Probably nothing, for he is of upright character, and it would be unfair. He’s been good all his life and virtue is its own reward.
The rest of us just laughed at the poor, trembling, deluded creature. He’s not getting his blood back either.
